§ Mr. P. ThomasHer Majesty's Ambassadors at capitals concerned are authorised to express Her Majesty's Government's views on the boycott, and in particular our disapproval of restrictions on British firms' freedom to trade; but I do not think it would be helpful to enter into detail of the action taken in specific cases.
