§ Mr. Abseasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what are the terms upon which the United States of America have been permitted to establish a tracking station in the Seychelles; and, in view of the interest of the residents of the Seychelles, if he will publish the treaty governing the establishment of this station.
§ Mr. FisherThe precise terms are still under negotiation with the United States Government. As soon as they are settled the agreement will be published in the Treaty Series in the usual way.
