§ Mr. HeathBetween 1st January and 30th November, 1963, 78 industrial development certificates (for a total of about 1.5 million square feet) were issued for Wales; 62 of these (for a total of about 1.2 million square feet) were issued for areas not listed as development districts under the Local Employment Act, 1960.
