Mooreasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is aware of the discrepancy between expenditure on the road programme in the five years ending 1968–69 between the figures given on 18th November and those in Command Paper No. 2188, Central Scotland, A 194W programme for Development and Growth, namely, trunk roads £61.4 million and classified roads £43.7 million proposed Exchequer expenditure only, and trunk roads and motorways £57 million and classified roads £44 million including contributions of highway authorities, respectively; and what is the reason for this.
