Edenasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs what representations he has received from the Association of Local Authorities concerning special benefits for those towns whose domestic ratepayers have suffered most as a result of the recent revaluation.
§ Sir K. JosephI have received no written representations from the associations, but this matter was raised in my confidential consultations with them about the Government's interim proposals.
