Mr. Longdenasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he has yet received, a further opinion from the Advisory Committee on Poisonous Substances used in Agri- 128W culture and Food Storage on the effect of the use of pesticides on human and on wild life; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. SoamesNot yet, but I am hoping that the Committee may be able to complete their review of the chlorinated hydrocarbons fairly early in the New Year. I propose to publish the Committee's report and to make a statement on it at that time.
