§ Mr. GodberI am satisfied that the terms of reference allow the Committee to consider a wide range of matters, including operational conditions in London traffic and the possibilities of increasing the efficiency of London Transport's road services, in so far as these matters relate to the review of pay and conditions which the Committee has been set up to carry out.
