§ Mr. Russellasked the Lord Privy Seal what is the policy of Her Majesty's Government on recommendation No. 348 on the association of the Resettlement Fund of the Council of Europe with the work of assistance to newly-developing European countries which was adopted by the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe on 17th January, 1963; and what action Her Majesty's Government has taken or contemplates taking on it.
§ Mr. HeathHer Majesty's Government concurred in the decision taken by200W Ministers' Deputies of the Council of Europe in February to the effect that recommendation No. 348 should be transmitted to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development in view of the functions of the Organisation's Technical Co-operation Committee. Her Majesty's Government do not contemplate further action in respect of the recommendation.
