§ Mr. MarplesA route which would be satisfactory on engineering grounds was surveyed over a year ago but, as my hon. Friend knows, there are agricultural objections to it and we are considering possible alternatives. There is still some investigation to be done, but I would hope to be able to publish a draft Order defining a route before the end of this year.
