§ Mr. Denzil FreethMy noble Friend is responsible for the Atomic Energy Authority, the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, the Medical Research Council, the Agricultural Research Council, and the Nature Conservancy, all of which issue Annual Reports containing all appropriate references to Scotland. The Advisory Council on Scientific Policy, which reports to my noble Friend, also publishes, annually, a report on the matters which it has considered. In these circumstances my noble Friend does not consider that a separate report from his Office is required.
