§ Mr. FisherNow that the Reports of the Civil Service Commission and the Fiscal Commission have been received and the Economic Survey is in the hands of Government, my right hon. Friend has invited the eight Governments concerned to a conference in London starting on Monday, 24th June. Meanwhile, I shall be visiting Barbados from 23rd May for about a week for preliminary discussions with the Regional Council of Ministers.
