Dr. Strossasked the Minister of Health whether he has studied the need for new legislation relating to medicines; and if he will bring forward legislation which will provide for the control of medicines being separated from the control of other substances and vested in the Minister of Health, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
