§ Mr. C. Ian Orr-EwingThis recommendation was accepted in the Fifth Special Report from the Estimates Committee in Session 1962–63 (H.C. 101). The inquiry falls into two parts. A fresh review is being carried out within the Department and an independent survey is being carried out by the National Institute of Industrial Psychology.
