§ Mr. NobleThe Fort William Pulp and Paper Mill, which the hon. Member no doubt has in mind, will draw its supplies from the existing forests created by the Forestry Commission and private owners in Scotland. The planting and acquisition programmes of the Forestry Commission are at present being reviewed by the Working Party on Forest Policy which was appointed last year.
