§ Mr. Barnettasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will publish a White Paper following the recommendations contained in the Report of the Economic Survey Mission to Kenya by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
§ Mr. SandysThe International Bank for Reconstruction and Development submitted the report of the Economic Survey Mission to Kenya to the Kenya Government. I understand that a Sessional Paper will be issued by that Government in due course. I do not propose to issue a White Paper.
