§ Mr. D. PriceThe Board of Trade Advisory Committee was not able to recommend assistance for the Development Board's project. In these circumstances my right hon. Friend has no power to offer assistance. The Committee has, however, discussed the case with the Development Board, which is now considering whether to submit a revised application.
