§ Mr. WoodhouseIt would not be appropriate to control these substances, which are stimulants, under the Dangerous Drugs Act, 1951, which is concerned with narcotic drugs controlled by international agreement. My right hon. Friend is, however, considering the possible need for stricter control of substances of this kind.
