§ Mr. SandysBritish High Commissioners and their diplomatic staff are entitled to obtain domestically produced spirits free of excise duty in five Commonwealth countries. These are Canada, Australia, Pakistan (gin only), Ceylon (Arrack only) and the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland.
