Member has in mind the expenses that may be taken into account in deciding net earnings for the purposes of dependency increases of benefit, there is no fixed amount; it is for the independent adjudicating authorities to decide what is reasonable in each case. They will be guided in this, as in other matters, by published decisions of the National Insurance Commissioner.
