§ Mr. GreenNo. The decisions of British arbitration courts in cases between nationals of Convention countries are already enforceable in Japan under the 1923 Protocol on Arbitration Clauses and the 1927 Convention for the Execution of Foreign Arbitral Awards, to which both countries are parties.
