§ 95. Mr. Stonehouseasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will invite Mr. A. Winegarten, chief economist of the National Farmers' Union, to become one of his advisers in Brussels during the negotiations on the agricultural aspects of Great Britain's entry into the European Economic Community.
