§ Mr. Haleasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will call for an inquiry under Section 250 of the 17W Companies Act, 1948, into the liquidation of the Waterhead Funeral Benefit Society in respect of which the winding up order was made on 12th December, 1955, and in respect of which no distribution has yet been made.
§ Mr. ErrollNo. The joint liquidators had considerable difficulty in compiling a statement of the members of the society and of their contributions. It is now expected that an application will shortly be made to the court for leave to make a distribution.
