Mr. Hendry

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what was the amount in the latest convenient year of the expenditure of each county council in Scotland for the landward area of the county ranking for Exchequer Equalisation Grant; the estimated amount of such grant, and the proportion of such expenditure relating to special district services.
