§ Mr. HeathEnglish translations of Regulations Numbers 1 to 123 by the Council of Ministers and the Commission of the European Economic Community have been published by Her Majesty's Stationery Office and are available to hon. Members. Translations of 15 other Regulations are in hand and will be published shortly.
