§ Mr. Whitelaw734 boys, or 37.3 per cent., in Cardiff, and 2,036, or 24.2 per cent., in Glamorgan entered apprenticeships between November, 1961, and October, 1962. The percentage in England and Wales was 36.2 per cent.
