§ 39. Dr. Dickson Mabonasked the Attorney-General whether he will consider inviting the Chairman of the Bar Council or some other independent advocate to conduct the case for the Tribunal set up under Lord Radcliffe by resolution of both Houses of Parliament on 14th November, 1962.
