§ Mr. D. PriceAs I told my hon. and learned Friend the Member for Liverpool, Garston (Mr. Bingham) last Tuesday, my right hon. Friend is considering whether, notwithstanding the additional employment which the developments being undertaken in Merseyside, particularly by the motor industry, may be expected to provide, he would be justified in making the facilities of the Local Employment Act again available.
