§ Mr. CorfieldBefore my right hon. Friend will be in a position to give his views, either by approval or publication of proposed modifications, certain proposals have to be further discussed. A meeting with the local authority representatives has been arranged to take place shortly and my right hon. Friend has every hope of an early decision thereafter.
