§ Mr. C. Ian Orr-EwingInformation about opportunities for further education is available for juveniles entering the Admiralty service, and they are encouraged to attend suitable classes. Attendance is, however, voluntary, but I am again drawing the attention of heads96W of departments to the need for encouraging these young people to take advantage of these opportunities.
