§ Mr. SoamesYes. I have now received the views of the Council for Wales and Monmouthshire. As the Question is bound up with wider issues of agricultural education I am at present in consultation with my right hon. Friends the Minister of Education and the Minister for Welsh Affairs and I hope to make a further statement shortly.
