§ Mr. ErrollThe advance factory to be built by the Board of Trade at Portmadoc is a start which I hope will lead to further developments in that part of Caernarvonshire. The Board will continue its efforts to bring the area to the notice of industrialists. The Minister of State for Welsh Affairs, accompanied by officials from the Board of Trade, is meeting representatives from the Borough of Pwllheli and the District Council of Lleyn early next month to discuss their problems.
