HC Deb 12 November 1962 vol 667 c2W
38. Mr. Woodburn

asked the Minister of Aviation if he will ask Mr. John Corbett to include in his report to him on the steps to be taken to put the British Overseas Airways Corporation on a sound commercial basis an estimate of the extent to which the establishment of an organisation and methods department within the Corporation could contribute towards economy and efficiency in the air services.

Mr. Amery

I am grateful for suggestions and will pass them to Mr. Corbett, but I must leave him free to write his report in the way he thinks best. I should add that the British Overseas Airways Corporation has had an organisation and methods department for a number of years.
