§ Mr. R. A. ButlerThree Africans from Northern Rhodesia are attending the current administrative training course in Britain. I hope that nine others will attend the course next year. Other Africans are in training at the University College in Salisbury and a considerable programme of African staff training and education is being carried out in Northern Rhodesia.
