§ 56. Mr. Oramasked the Lord Privy Seat if it remains the policy of Her Majesty's Government not only to consult other members of the Commonwealth and of the European Free Trade Association in respect of British accession to the European Communities but also to ensure that satisfactory arrangements are made to meet their special interests as required by the resolution of the House of 3rd August, 1961.
