§ Mr. Denzil FreethFor security reasons I cannot disclose the cost of the Capenhurst plant.
The plant is not being closed down. Its output will be reduced to the minimum level necessary to keep it in production and available to meet any future increase in demand for civil and military purposes. The run-down to this minimum level will be made gradually and not completed before the end of 1963.
