§ Lord John HopeIt is my policy to bring to the notice of the construction industries new techniques and developments, including the use of large panels where appropriate both for home consumption and for export. There is already a flourishing export trade in prefabricated systems, some of which use large panels, and I am hopeful that this will increase.
