§ Miss PikeThis matter has been considered on a number of occasions. The needs of rural bus services and those of the mails are not easy to reconcile; but my right hon. Friend can assure my hon. Friend that we use buses for carrying mails whenever this can be done economically and efficiently, and that we shall continue to do so.
