§ Mr. Denis Howellasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware of the intimidation of a medical witness at the Hollymoor and Rubery Hospital Group following the recent inquiry into affairs at that group, even though the tribunal has not yet reported its findings; if he will bring this development to the attention of the tribunal, and take steps to protect all witnesses at the hospital who gave evidence; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Powell:I am bringing the alleged circumstances to the notice of the Committee of Inquiry, so that it may have the opportunity to take them into consideration before completing its report.
