asked the Minister of Health what proposals he has to amend the terms of service of general practitioners providing maternity medical services.

Mr. Powell:

In presenting consolidating regulations shortly I propose to take the opportunity to eliminate the specification of certain detailed clinical requirements. The change will not affect the doctor's obligation to provide all necessary services.
