66W3. Starts in 1963–64 have been authorised in the knowledge that projects valued at over £57m. actually started in 1960–61. Thus, starts in the four-year period 1960–64 are expected to amount to £240m.
4. The £55m of starts authorised in 1963–64 will be increased if economic conditions permit.
