67WThe statement made by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer on 8th May in relation to expenditure on sport and physical recreation will enable progress to be made with implementing recommendations 16 and 35 of the Albemarle Report.
I continue to receive encouraging evidence of the extent to which the local education authorities and voluntary bodies are giving general effect to those recommendations in the Albemarle Report which directly concern them.
