§ Captain Kerbyasked the Minister of Health if he will reject the proposals of the West Sussex County Council to provide an ambulance service under their direct control, in view of the increased costs and dislocation of services which such new controls would entail; and if he will confirm instead the retention of the present ambulance service provided for the county by the St. John Ambulance Brigade and the British Red Cross Society.
