asked the Lord Privy Seal on what grounds the United Kingdom delegate to the United Nations objected to the appearance of Mr. Kenneth Kaunda before the Committee on Colonisation.

The United Kingdom delegate objected on the grounds that there is no provision in the Charter for the United Nations to hear petitioners except from Trust Territories.
