§ Mr. MaudlingThe Conference of the Chief Ministers of the Leeward and Windward Islands and the Premier of Barbados have forwarded to me a resolution requesting me to summon a conference of their eight units before the dissolution of the existing Federation to make arrangements for the establishment of a new Federation.
