Mr. Warbeyasked the President of the Board of Trade to what extent it is the policy of his Department to grant licences for the export to Cuba of goods listed in the first schedule to the Exports of Goods (Control) Order, 1960, as 25W amended, as freely as such licences are granted to any West European country.
