§ Mr. R. A. ButlerDisplay advertising in the press is undertaken by and on behalf of my Department to encourage recruitment to the police, prison and civil defence services. The estimated expenditure in the current financial year is £180,000. No expenditure is incurred on cinema or television advertising time.
