§ Mr. Haleasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that before making recent appointments of members of the Oldham Hospitals Management Committee the Manchester Regional Hospital Board failed to consult the Committee in accordance with the obligations imposed by Part II of the Third Schedule of the National Health Service Act, 1946; and if he will exercise his powers under Section 57 (1) of the Act and institute an inquiry into the matter.
