§ Mr. HeathThe purpose of this station is to provide news and music programmes for the local population. The cost is primarily the salary of the three technicians who, assisted by local announcers, run the station. Broadcasts are in French and Swahili. The Katanga Provincial Government is not associated in running the service, but the station broadcasts official Katanga announcements when asked to do so.
