§ Mr. Binghamasked the Minister of Health whether he will make a further 103W statement about the precautions against smallpox applied to travellers from Pakistan.
§ Mr. PowellDuring the last few weeks smallpox in Karachi has been falling steeply. In addition, the efficacy of the precautions being applied in Pakistan to intending travellers has been amply proved. Port health authorities are being advised that their precautions can now properly be limited to vaccination and surveillance of travellers from Pakistan not having valid international certificates of vaccination.
