asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether foreign air lines employed by British travel agencies for holiday tour bookings have to charge fares in accordance with international agreement, or whether they are free to charge what they like.

A foreign operator is only permitted to provide an inclusive tour service from this country if the charges for the tour are in accordance with the relevant resolutions of the International Air Transport Association.
